I have been looking for a good place to have my eye brows shaped (You won't believe my ""horror stories"" with eye brows waxing!) I had a great experience at the Village Browery. The service is excellent and the owner takes all the time needed to measure and find out the best eye brows shape for your face. Not only that. She explains to you what the final product is going to look like and she give you a ""plan"". This is my first time and my eyes look so much better with my eye brows' new shape. I HIGHLY AGREE WITH THE FIRST REVIEWER I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OF CRISTAS FOR YEARS, SHE DOES AN IMPECCABLE JOB... HOWEVER I AM WRITING ON BEHALF OF THE FACIALIST THAT IS THERE , I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE RECEIVED A FACIAL LIKE THE ONE I HAVE BEEN GETTING MONTH AFTER MONTH. CANT GET ENOUGH!! I HAVE BEEN GETTING FACIALS FOR YEARS, BUT THIS IS SO MUCH MORE! I have been getting my eyebrows waxed at the Village Browery for years...I am their biggest fan. In the past five years I have lived in Charlotte, North Carolina, Cape Town, South Africa, and now in Albuquerque, New Mexico...but I wait until the holidays, when I come to visit my family, to get my eyebrows (and other areas) done. I have learned that it takes an expert to know what shape looks best for your face...trust me, I have tried a million other places but the Village Browery is the best. They measure the distance between your nose, pupils, chin and eyebrows to achieve your individualized shape. Too many girls walk around with poorly shaped or over plucked eyebrows...but the Village browery knows that the eyebrow is the face's frame. Awesome!! more
