While I was parked on Jiohnson Ave.it was pointed out to me that my left front tire was nearly flat. I usually walk around the car and look it all over, but that one morning I failed to do so. Slowly drove through SLO to Villa's where I had excellent help, tire replacement and another to match it. All very prompt and friendly. Many Thanks. more

This was only a smog check. We appreciated that even for smoging they told where the pitfalls might be in passing the test. Fortunately all went well with no pitfalls. But we will go back to Avillas if we need any work done on this motorhome. more

Bearing and Hub Replacement 12/4/2011

Villa did a very good job, I had no problems with the vehicle after it came out of the shop. they gave a much better price than two other locations I had provide me with quotes. And they were able to drop off my car for me at the rental car lot since I was working late the day the car was complete. more

Easy to get an appointment ("just bring it in"); offered a ride home; got a phone call update how the actual price would compare to the estimate and a phone call when work was completed. I was pleased with the service, the work and the price. more

AC servicing 11/28/2011

I was disappointed that the problem was not fixed. It's not like Villas to miss problems, especially when I asked that the switches be checked. I know electrical stuff can be tricky, but it was very inconvenient to have to bring the vehicle back to try again. I still trust that you will make it right, however, and will still be a loyal customer. more

Unhappy with the result 11/10/2011

My son, a 19 yr old student @ Cal Poly, brought our '93 Vovlo 940 to Villa for a smog test. It failed. I was charged $119 for the test as well as $186 for some trouble shooting. I am frustrated because I don't think, after the 'trouble shooting' I'm any closer to resolving the problems. I am located in Santa Monica so it was difficult to coordinate this undertaking at that distance. more
