My sister in-law recommended that we try this restaurant, because the decor is nice, the food is good and it's owned by a celebrity.....
So we went there for an early dinner on Saturday; as we walked in, we noticed that everyone, including the hostess and the waiters, everyone thinks that they're celebrities.... they all had this ""I'm a big deal"" attitude, and we didn't like that at all.
The food was average, nothing to be crazy about, nothing special...
On Sunday evening, I was checking my online credit card statement, and I noticed that we were charged twice... The next day, my husband calls them and asks to talk to the manager. After putting him on hold for seven minutes, and transferring him to two other people, he finally got a hold of the manager. He explained what had happened. The manager took his info and promised he would look into it and call back. Three hours later, nothing.... So I call them back, and ask to talk to the manager. They put me on hold for like five minutes, then they told me that they can't find him, he's out, perhaps he's in.... they take our number again and promise to call a.s.a.p.
Two hours later, nothing. So I call back, really pissed off, the same lady answers. Same routine: puts me on hold forever, another lady pick up, asks me what I want, puts me on hold again, tells me that the manager is busy.. so I start yelling, then she tells me that he's there but he's busy with some people, that she'll try to grab him for me... another five minutes on hold and finally Mr. president picks up the phone. I asked him what the deal was, and he told me, in a VERY VERY RUDE manner, that he notified his accountant, but the latter one got busy, so he had to leave it for tomorrow; and he added: ""not everything can be resolved in one day!"".
I said, ""thank you, I don't think you'll be seeing us again"".
He just hung up on me!!!!!!
This has never happened to us anywhere before! So unprofessional and so disrespectful!!!!
I will NEVER go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone!!!
