ViewPointe Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living

ViewPointe is a good place, and I certainly would not hesitate to recommend them. The people at the front desk certainly have been receptive and very helpful when I've had questions. The dining room staff is certainly very attentive to my mother, who lives there in an independent apartment. The other staff as been certainly more than responsive, so I'd rate them well. more

They serve very good meals, and they are on time. The maid service is very good. The staff is available at all times when they are in. My daughter scouted this place out and recommended it. It is also close to my church, a Safeway and the library. They have bus services to get you to church, doctors appointments, or take you on a tour. more

I'm a WW II Veteran, retired Air Force. I came here in January. I was forced to come to ViewPointe Assisted Living and Independent Living because I had to quit driving because my eyesight is bad. I checked out a few places, and here they are great. I like the way it is managed, and help you with anything you need. All the staff and employees are so nice to everyone. I made the right choice. I go around to schools and different places to talk about my experiences with WW II. I also talk about ViewPointe too. I think this is a great place for anyone in my age group who is by themselves, or even couples, because they take couples here too. It's good financially, and the people are great, the space is really nice and you can basically do what you like as long as you follow their rules. We visited Viewpointe Assisted Living and Independent Living once and they did not hassle us. They did not call us and pester us either. The food plan helped us to decide this place over others. Now we are residents. more

I reviewed a lot of assisted living communities in Colorado Springs for my mother. I moved my mother from California to Colorado Springs at the end of April this last year to move her into Viewpointe. Everything is going fine. The staff is really fantastic, and the apartment is beautiful. As with any assisted living community, you pay for the privilege of being there, but I really think it is money well spent. I have been very impressed with everybody, from the director through the nursing staff and technicians. more
