Thank goodness Viet Ha reopened after a long remodel. It was well worth the wait! They remodeled the restaurant from top to bottom, but they didn't change their delicious food or the prices. Most of the traditional Vietnamese dishes are less than $6.95. Being non-Vietnamese, I don't know them by name, only by number. I recommend the spring rolls #28 for the appetizer, or any of the rice noodle dishes: #19, #26, #24. If you are in the mood for soup try #10, a hearty seafood soup. Everything is fantastic and the service is always great. I've been coming here for over 10 years and plan to keep coming. I've tried the other Vietnamese restaurants in Sacramento and this by far is the tastiest dish. If there is one thing negative about this place is that it is still quite small. Six of us went there on the weekend and had to wait for a table (about 15 minutes). Many people order take out for this reason. I also want to add that the six of us ate there for under $40 (including tip). Can't beat that!!
Pros: Delicious food, generous portions and fantastic value
Cons: Restaurant has limited seating, you may have to wait during busy hours.
