We went to get cable hooked up due to moving.. when the guy came he said that I was gonna have a drill a hold in the side of the house and I told him sure. He then went out and put the cable right in the center of the wall under a window and never asked where we wanted it! He also went out and cut all the other cables to the house down to the ground. We were planning on expanding to other rooms in a few weeks. Hubby called to ask why he did these things and was told the supervizer would call us back! A week later we still had heard nothing. He called them back and the supervizer called him back and pretty much told us we were lying that the man told him we oked him putting the cable there and then cussed my hubby out over the phone using words that are not premitted in my house. HE was rude and told us he'd come out to our F'ing house and yank the thing out himself! He said he didn't give a S*** what people thought about how he ran his business he was gonna do what he wanted to do. SO DO NOT USE! We should have takin our new neighbors advice and went with DIRECT TV.
