Outstanding Company 7/6/2011

I have used most of the ""home theater"" companies in the area throughout the years. I have been lied to, ripped off and my home has been dirtied and damaged. I first used Video Helpers in 2003 and will never use any other company again. Mark, the owner of the company has worked with me to design my entertainment systems in 2 of my homes. His professional insight, ability to obtain high end equipment at great prices, and completing a clean and perfect install is why I use them. I even flew Mark to my other home in New Jersey last year to build my theater room. Do yourself a favor, go with Video Helpers. They are honest, professional, and stand behind their work. more

Do Not Use 12/18/2009

Do not use them! The owner of the company came to my house by himself, needed me to assist him in lifting the 85lb television 6ft on the wall and left a hole in the drywall and the baseboards off. After calling him and asking him to come fix the wall he advised he wasnt a professional and would not pay for a professional to do the work. He initially advised the job would take 1 to 2 hours, 3.5 hours and $340 later the job was left incomplete. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and go with atticrat. The review gets 2 stars because the television stayed on the wall and works. Pros: TV worked and stayed on wall Cons: Horrible business more
