I purchase an HT-H5500 and a 55" tv, they replace the H5500 twice both defective sold me an H6500 and it worked, Their adds quoted Over $50.00 free shipping I got billed $23.00, The new price was $399.95 got billed $499.95 agent said the billing would be corrected before charge to my credit card. I was a fool, The agent was following directions to get extra Money from me. It has been over 3 month " No adjustments to the Bill. This is not a customer concerned seller. Bait and switch they are good at. Profit at the customer expense................................. more

Very pleased with our shopping experience 8/8/2011

Good - we went expecting to buy a TV that was on special but didn't like it in the store. The sales dude listened to what we wanted and steered us towards a TV that worked out great for us. Unfortunately, Sony discontinued that TV, because we liked it so much, I wanted to buy one for my fater. But that's Sony's bad, not V&AC. I was very pleased with our shopping experience @ V&AC. I only wish they had one closer to Burbank... more

Best Store Ever You have to check this store out and buy a tv from here. The prices are amazing and you feel very comfortable when you shopping there. The employees and the most intelligent people I have spoke to compared to the ones at other electronic stores. This store is one of a kind and you HAVE TO SHOP THERE!!!! more

Video & Audio Center does a better job than most 7/22/2011

Buying audio and video equipment is always a very stressful time. Video & Audio Center does a better job than most. They stock just about every current TV and piece of audio equipment and the staff are more knowledgeable than most folks you'll find. You can usually bargain for demo models and open-box equipment and you won't get hassled about buying extended warranties like you will at Best Buy or Circuit City. more

One of a kind Sony Dealer 7/21/2011

Whatever Sony makes it, they have it IN STOCK. They have excellent Customer Service. They will make sure you get the best TV and they match the lowest price as long as its an Authorized Dealer. They also installed my TV. You should see their Showroom, Just One Touch. They won numerous awards in customer installation. more

Impressive showroom 7/20/2011

I was searching tv stores on google near my area, and came across video & audio center. when i called their online customer service, they informed me about their videoandaudiocenter.com website. however, i mentioned to them i was interested to visit their store front instead since i live in los angeles, though wanted to find out first if they have the tv unit i wanted to buy. the customer agent immediately gave me information that it was on stock so i hurriedly visit the store to buy it. i wanted to buy the LG32lh40, however when the sales person toured me around their impressive showroom i ended up buying the sony 32xbr9 series ...turns out it was what i was looking for in terms of features.....it is always good to have expert sales person when buying tvs...thank you video & audio center sales agents...next time i will to buy on your online website... more

Best Store Ever 8/7/2009

Video & Audio Center is the best electronic store and makes it very easy and comfortable to purchase your television.They have the best prices and the employees are the extremely intelligent and well-trained. The showroom is unbelievable and has the largest television in the world. The store makes is very easy to find each brand of television and has the lowest prices. Also it makes very convenient because it has same day shipping and installation which just blew my mind. EVERYONE has to go to the showroom and check it it out. ITS UNBELIEVABLE. You have to buy a television from there. more

I had a the best experience with Video & Audio Center. They even have the 108"inch Sharp TV. You should visit the store at Santa Monica and see it by yourself. more

Good Selection for Small Size 8/14/2005

My dad's friend owns this store, and I have been in more than a dozen times. They sell higher end products of Circuit City, and have a staff that has been well trained to know about the products they are selling. Only thing is, all the products are extremely clustered and you might be careful in watching your step. more

Very good selection and prices 7/14/2005

Video & Audio Center is not as large as Circuit City or Good Guys or Best Buy, but they have competitive prices and good sales. Also, while stocking all the most popular consumer brands like Sony and Panasonic with mid-range prices and performance, they also have a large section of good high-end equipment like Denon, Onkyo, Harmon Kardon, without becoming an outrageously expensive audiophile only store. The staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful. more
