I received the worst color job ever at this salon by the owner. She tried to lift color with color and instead of desired highlights, she turned me a dark red. She told me to check my schedule in order for her to fix the mess. When I called to tell her that I wanted her to fix it and was still unhappy after seeing it in natural light, she lost her temper and insisted on refunding me instead of trying to repair the botched job. She called me names, was borderline hysterical and proceeded to hang up on me.\r
Needless to say, she never refunded me my money. When I inquired as to why she never refunded me, she threatened harassment and told me to call her attorney. \r
Save your money and your time...this stylist needs medication.
