Veterinary Emergency Clinic

\r We took my dying dog here, and the staff was very courteous that night. The girl who was taking care of the payment debited my account $333 A week later, I ve got the ashes and to my surprise my dog s ashes were put in a wrong urn the one that is $150 and the paw print was not captured. The veterinarian in charge Jennifer on August 30th was extremely rude. She told me that there is nothing she could do and then hung up the phone on me. She was also very argumentative and without little remorse of what had occurred. I will be definitely seeking legal action against this company. more

NEVER EVER bring your pet here the staff is rude and only cares about MONEY if you are like me and the normal person you dont have over 900. laying around just to run tests to see what the problem is !!! when you can see there is a hole in son pet leg and only getting bigger when you you go in a panic and have no idea what happend or what caused it, they are just concirend about money and had the nerve to tell my that my son's dog was a luxury and not a memebr of the family... uh who they hell are they to say such a crude thing. and becuase i refused to pay them over 900 to see what was wrong and not to mention I cant afford that. wrote me a script and said have a nice day... needed to buy a collar so he would not lick the wound and they refused to sell me one and never once even told me how to care for his wound..... more

As a breeder with an emergency with a litter in the sense of a mother cat with a large litter, I called to request a feeding tube. The reason for the feeding tube was because I needed to supplement the kittens that are 2 days old. The feeding tubes I have at home are too big for newborns. \r \r They couldn't help me, the only thing the could sell me was a collar. \r \r Thanks, Veterinary Emergency Clinic for allowing a litter of kittens to die because you wouldn't sell me a feeding tube. This are quality purebred kittens from show parents. \r \r more

We had taken our 8 yr old Boxer dog who was very ill to another Vet earlier yesterday. The Doctor didn't seem to care much as it was close to closing time, gave our dog a painkiller shot and sent us home. \r \r In the mean-time his condition deteriorated and we took him up to this Emergency Vet. The front-desk staff, nurses, Doctor all were absolutely great with us & our Dog. Within minutes the Doctor had figured out that he was in a critical condition and had to be put to sleep. They were all just fantastic at handling our sad situation. \r \r We want to just bring the message accross that the staff there deserve all the credit for their hard work and not to mention the after-hours they spend there.\r \r Pros: Staff Amazing more
