Verve 360

Ive been in all of the local salons and spas downtown and I finally found my home. I practically live here along with all the other Verve followers. Where do you find ownership that cares? Services that is far beyond expectation? Pilates and Yoga classes that are second to none (thanks for listening guys)! Just when you think you wont find it there it is. See you Tuesday :) more

While Verve's services (including massage) are top notich, it was clear to me from the minute I entered the business that the owner was interested only in my money. I was very put off by his rude and crass demeanor, and while talking with other clients while I was there he made it clear that he considered women to be frivilous. I also was an enthusiastic student of the Pilates classes taught there, but Verve recently fired their only decent instructor (who was excellent!) I may have to follow her to whereever she went, as I refuse to be treated this way by a business. Women, stay away! This is not a business that cares for your wellness. more

January 20 2010 I found this SPA on Spa Finder. I was looking for a place to get a facial after arriving in town for a conference. I had a terrible cold and thought a facial would be perfect. Not sure how many folks have ever looked for a SPA in downtown Pittsburgh but there is not much. After reading the reviews on this site about the SPA in my hotel (Omni) I figured I better look around. I read the review and thought I would give it a try. It was great. Now the stars above might say (3) but for what it is- it's a 5. It's nothing fancy or luxurious but it's cool and different and Bre who gave me my facial was awesome. Everyone who worked there was very nice and professional but the place doubles as a Yoga and Pilates studio. You don't get a locker or slippers but you get a great service. It's a little noisy but I managed to fall asleep for part of the facial. Bre gave me a deep pore their house special and I felt like a new person when I left. If I had been feeling better I would have stayed for a Yoga class. Nice place and very friendly. Would definitely go back. more

I recently visited Verve for the first time. I work downtown and being able to squeeze in a mini facial during my lunch break was awesome! Anna Cherrette does a fantastic job and the atmostphere is very calming. I will definitely go back! more
