If I could give this store less than one star, I would. This is the worst store I have ever been in. The staff is so rude and disrespectful. I was in there for over 3 hours. They corporate headquarters are no better. They will nickel and dime you every bill. Verizon has the worst customer service. Everytime I contact anyone there, they just about pick a fight with you over your bill. I will never go back to this store, nor will I ever sign a contract with Verizon again. DO NOT GO HERE!
