Well...we just bought a nice Palm Harbor manufactured 3Bedoom, 2 bath home in Veranda Springs....the Staff have been courteous, friendly and helpful. The community is clean and well maintained, and it's Quiet.\r
The lakes are beautiful and are even stocked with fish, for those evenings when you want to wet a line and relax with your spouse, sitting on one of the many benches around the lakes, and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. The lakes have sweet sounding fountains splashing and creating a peaceful beautiful sound to fall asleep to at night....\r
Unlike other communities, the restrictions and rules are simple....nobody, picking at you, or calling what you do into question...So far we are thoroughly enjoying our move-in and look forward to many years of peaceful community living.\r
Dogs under 25lbs are also allowed, and the facilities, swimming pool, exercise room, shuffleboard and tennis courts are well maintained and in good clean working order.\r
The lot rent prices are affordable for fixed income seniors, and increases are not burdensome, compared to some of the local MH communities.\r
We have also noticed the residents are all friendly and seem to really enjoy the community...which is very nice to see....I highly recommend Veranda Springs to anyone contemplating Manufactured Home living...and some of the new homes are absolutely gorgeous...No mobile-homish look or trailer-trash feel, better built than my stickbuilt, onsite home up north ever was....It's the best choice we've made in a long time, and we are sure we will be happy here. \r
Come over on the weekends for an Open House look around the place, the friendly staff will be helpful and courteous, as they were with us!!
