I signed a contract for rodent control, as they were getting in my crawlspace and garage. Liked the tech who came the first few times, but then he changed jobs. He set traps and bait and caught the little critters. On one of the follow up visits, first thing in the morning, the tech showed up, checked the traps in the crawlspace and said they had been tripped by a frog :-( and a slug - so he claimed there weren't any mice. How would you know if the traps weren't set to catch them? I asked about whether the bait was touched; he said there was no bait. I asked him to put some there so we would know if there was activity. He HAD NONE with him! Really?? So he took one out of the garage to use. No offer to come back to replace that, nothing. I wrote a letter to Venables telling them that I was disappointed that he was not prepared with supplies for pest management, since that was why he was here and if that was the kind of service I could expect, what was I paying for? If that is the case, please don't come back. They cashed my check and I NEVER heard a word from them. Never tried to make it right, no explanation, nada. I would not use them again, nor recommend them.
