This manicure was so much better than the usual strip mall nail salons out there. I expected it to be more expensive but it was cheaper and quicker! The only thing was the nail polish didn't dry quick enough and one nail was ruined 20 minutes after. more

I enjoyed my visit and service(s) immensely - the check in and hot towel were definitely an added bonus, but what I liked the most was the way the technician got what I was saying. She totally understood what I wanted and did just that. Excellent. more

The customer service was awesome and accounts for the best part of my visit. Front desk was friendly, the assistant did a great job washing my hair, got me something to drink, etc. They even give you a gift bag if its your first visit to the salon (but the instructions were missing on how to use the products?). I explained what I wanted to my hair stylists (Courtney). She put the scissors up against the back of my head so hard and literally chopped my hair off that right away I was a little nervous. And the rest of the "chopping off my hair" went that way. Then, she got the thinning shears which I am used to and instead of holding pieces of my hair to thin them out, she just literally used one hand and ran them all throughout my hair. For anyone who isn't familiar with thinning shears, it's a bit painful to have them ran through your head freely.All your hair gets dragged with the shears. She was just rough, too quick and didn't take the time to use any precision when cutting my hair. I have very short hair and usually wear it pixie style, so it requires a lot of precision in the cut. Maybe because my appt was at 5:00 and they close at 6:00 had something to do with it. When I paid, it came to $50.00 which I was ok with but didn't match their brochure pricing so I asked for an explanation of the charges. The girl told me Courtney was a Master Stylist and so of course, they cost more. Courtney was really nice but I wasn't happy with her style. Jose seems to get good reviews lol more

On the advice of my stylist (Renata) I got this service done in between my colorings. As usual, her opinion is exact. She knows what my hair needs and is an absolute joy to work with! I will continue to return to Veda and Renata for all of my hair services, be they drastically changing my hair color, to deep conditioning treatments, I am NEVER disappointed and always walk out feeling refreshed and sexy!
