We had been working to purchase a home in the Santa Fe area for weeks with little help from others. We set an appointment with Phillip. He spent the time to listen to our needs and go through all of the houses that were available. The staff at the office was also very inviting and helpful. We found the home that we didnt think was out there. Phillip guided us through inspections and closing. It seemed he had the answers to any questions we had. He was always very professional and We are very happy with our experience and our new home!! Phillip was knowledgable, efficient, and sensitive to our needs! Next time we buy or sell we are coming back to Varela Real Estate more
