3 times to fix radio that would stop playing, still not fixed by them, another dealer fixed it 1st time I'd gone there. Will never go back, very poor service staff, can't fix cars...

well ummm, i work here. there is a service manager, hes new, and a lot more effective than the old one. everyone is friendly here. so i have no idea what you are talking about. Pros: friendly staff, fast working, and hard working. Cons: sometimes things have to be changed in order for the customer to be safe. more

Worst customer service can't fix truck I bought from them 10/31/2006

3 times to fix radio that would stop playing, still not fixed by them, another dealer fixed it 1st time I'd gone there. Will never go back, very poor service staff, can't fix cars. Last 2 times asked to talk to service manager, was not there, mid morning both times, I'm not sure they really have one. Pros: They want to sell you a truck Cons: they can't fix trucks more
