We had such a great experience with Vanguard, its unbelievable that they're real estate agents! We worked with Mr. David Morganstern, who should be giving lessons on how to be a successful real estate consultant. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, did not waste our time with showing us a dozen apartments, and really zeroed in on the perfect place. He was a mix of good old-fashioned advice, relevant facts, and effortless efficiency. He also worked tirelessly with the landlord to work out a deal that was mutually satisfactory, and considering the amount of business their agency does, was always on hand. We even asked to see the apartment (for the third time) when we happened to be in the area, and he had someone come over from the office in 15 minutes! That someone was Mr. Michael Jarmolowsky, who gave us his own independant opinion of the apartment, and was exceedingly polite in the face of our many questions. We even changed our mind about the apartment last minute, and were in no way trapped into any legal issues!! WHICH real estate agent does that? We're still looking for the perfect place, and will most likely end up going back to that apartment (if its still available, because it was an awesome deal, but we were a bit worried about the walk to my work). We will definitely be going back to Vanguard Realty, Mr. David Morganstern particularly, when it comes time to look for a new rental or buy our own house. I would recommend this agency and this agent to anyone looking for a rental or a house, even if you already have an agent you trust, because I doubt it gets better than this. A+++
