Superb Customer Service 12/31/2005

After being turned down by David McDavid Acura in Plano, since they would not even negotiate the price with us without us showing them the cash first, we left and drove over 60 miles to Arlington to go to Vandergriff. We were greeted with courtesy, and the buying process was very easy. We told them what we were looking for, we told them we drove a long way, the sales guy went back to the manager, came back with an OK on the price, we paid, and drove the car home. Easy, no hassle car buying experience. Highly recommended! more

Sweat Deal! 7/20/2005

Vandergriff is a great company to buy any type of car from but i would highly recommend you get an acura from their dealership. Car dealers are known for their pushiness but that wasn't the case here. I found the car i wanted picked out the color and everything and had a minor set back. So we went home got the prob. fixed and called the guy on the phone to tell him were ready to come get the car... he said that wasnt a good night that he was already in bed.... and we said thats alright, thanks that we would just wait for him.... because he was such a good salesman.... it turned out that it was going to be 2 weeks before anyone would be available so this wounderful man left his family that night to come sell me a car!!!! As you can see i highly recomend Acura, Vandergriff. more
