I have been a client for about 2 months. The system has worked fairly well for the most part. There have only been a few snags. That is to be expected with any new communications system. The problem I have had is with the customer service and the way that the snags have been handled. I have interacted with about 5 or 6 different reps and technicians and every one of them has been rude and condescending. I know that they are the experts in the field. If they weren't, I would not have hired them. There is a way to help your clients without sounding like you are frustrated and put out by their concerns, and obviously no one at this company has learned that yet. I am very disappointed. I have considered hiring someone to come in to troubleshoot rather than having to deal with them any more than I have to.
