I love Valvoline service because, unlike other quick-lube places, you don't have to get out of your car. I can pull up for my oil change and get on my laptop real quick or read a magazine. It's great when it's cold outside because you don't have to brave the elements going to wait inside a customer lounge.
I have never had any problems with the service they provide, they don't push me to have service done to my car that I'm not ready to have done. The price is reasonable, comparable to other oil change places.
