DONT GO TO THIS PLACE TO BUY A CAR! THEY WILL SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND TELL YOU MINOR THINGS ARE WRONG BUT ITS WAY MORE THAN THAT! I PURCHASED A CAR FROM THERE AND WHEN I FOUND THE PLACE THEY SAID THEY WAS GONA GIVE ME A WARRANTY FOR FINDING IT ON CARSFORSALE BUT NEVER GAVE ME ONE! THE SECOND DAY I GOT THE CAR I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANIC AND HE SAID ALL THE WIRING WAS MESSED UP AND THEY ARE PUTTING MY LIFE IN DANGER! SHOWS HOW MUCH THEY CARE?? I CALLED AND ASK THEM IF I COULD RETURN IT JUST A DAY AFTER AND THEY SAID NO! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS CAR IS WRONG THINGS ARE FALLING OFF, IT ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER AND NOW I HAVE TO BUY A NEW CAR CAUSE THIS CAR IS TOTALLY UNDRIVABLE! THE SOLD THIS CAR TO ME FOR 2500 AND IM DOING A TRADE AND THEY SAID ITS NOT EVEN WORTH 500! WOOW BIG DIFFERENECE! PLEASE DONT GO HEAR IM TRYING TO WARN YOU BEFORE YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!! DONT DO IT! VERY VERY VERY BAD PLACE TO GO TO! THEY PLAYED ME AND MANY MORE I WISH I DID THE RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THERE! THOSE PRICES ARE NOT WORTH IT!! GO TO A PLACE THAT REALLY CARES! I have read all the reviews about the nice people at this dealership and have to say just cuz ur nice doesnt make you a good business! I bought a car a few weeks ago and have had nothing but issues with it! I know it is bought as is and nothing i can do about it but feel totally taken advantage of. this company sells bad cars. seems like the same problem i had others have had, works fine long enough for a test drive and get it home for a few days/weeks and then all goes to pot! they should be a little more careful what kind of cars they sell. looks like to me they stay in business cuz they take your money and sell crap cars....DON'T GO HERE!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY. I only wished i would have done more research and read all these reviews b4 i bought from these ""nice people"". more

I just have to write about the good people at Valley Motors. I bought a Buick last week and I can't tell you how happy I am with their customer service. I went to 3 different dealerships before I found Valley. I spoke with a couple different salesmen and both were very helpful. And not pushy either. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated with repect. Thanks so much for a great car and for treating me so kindly. more

i bought a used car at valley motors back in october. they told me this car had minor damage to the frontend.they did not tell me this car was a total loss vehicle. i paid for this car in cash . my husband and i used our hard earned money to get a dependable car for our daughter.she didn't even drive it 2 months before the engine went out in it. i called valley motors and they finally came in got the car and said they would fix it. well they had it over a month and its still not fixed. now they tell me that we have to pay for another motor but they will put it in. what kind of bussiness is this anyway? they need to fix this motor we shouldn't have to put all our hard earned money into another motor.we were offering to pay half the cost but now they refuse.i see how they stay in bussiness, by taking money from from honest people like us and basically screwing them over. i hope other consumers see this and think twice before buying a vehicle from this place. In response to (drewboch) review of our dealership, he purchased a car that carried a rebuilt title and knew it, he signed a form stating his knowledge of the rebuilt title and purchased the car anyway. There was nothing wrong with the car, it had minor damage and was fixed. His real problems started when he failed to make his payments on the vehicle and showed up on the repo list. He defaulted on the contract and started hiding the car. The car was repossessed after several weeks of him avoiding any effort to resolve the matter. We have been in business over 20 years, and go above and beyond to take care of our customers. more

Do NOT buy a car from these guys. They sold me a car with the wrong paperwork, then 3 months later they call and tell me that they gave me the wrong title, so I was driving for two months with an illegal license plate!! My insurance was also then for the wrong vehicle!!\r \r Does the trouble stop there? NO! The correct title for the car says that it was a salvage/rebuilt vehicle!!!! Wait, the title they showed me first was clean!! So now I have purchased a salvage vehicle!!\r \r End of troubles?? NO WAY!!!!!!!! I called Valley Motors on March 25 and spoke with Lisa who told me I can bring in the remaining balance of my car on April 3rd. March 26 they repo my car!! wait? its not April 3rd yet?!?! So now I can't go to work because I have no car. Thanks Valley Motors. BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE IS BAD NEWS!!!!!!!! Pros: lots of cars, good prices, see the cons very important!! Cons: they sell cars with salvage titles but show you the wrong clear title. VIN does not match cars! more
