Chris & Luke were very helpful in helping me choose my first road bike. Afterwards, they continued to fine tune my bike to make sure all the components worked well. They even took the time to teach me basic bike information - the best way to use my gears going up hills and how to pump my tires up. When I had a problem on the road they came and picked me and my bike up, took us to the repair shop and fixed my bike immediately. Maybe they were just being kind to a little elderly lady bike rider - but their service was amazing.
