pipe corral panel was built 180 degrees backwards. They wanted to charge us another $248 to correct it.\r We ordered a 1 7/8ths inch gauge, 6ft high,24 ft long 4 rail pipe panel with an 8 ft. gate with welded 2X4 wire on the inside of the corral.Also required a 5X5"" notch on the left hand side bottom rail when viewed from outside of the corral. When it arrived, it had the wire on the outside and the gate latch on the inside(the horse could let itself out). We paid $693.50 + $55.48 tax for a total of $748.98.When discussed with the builders, they claimed it was built as ordered and wanted $208 for materials and labor to correct it plus $40 for pickup and delivery. My mare is a cribber and has to have the wire on the inside. Do not reccomend more

They know fencing! \r I needed to fence a project of mine and lucky for me that I found this company. The service was second to none, the materials were skillfully assembled and the service all the way around was never lacking. The office staff is by far the friendliest of people and never compromising in their detail to take care of me as the valued customer. I will use them again and recommend you do to! more

I'd recommend this fence company to my family & friends. They did a great job installing my new fence & even my neighbors are liking it. The guys that installed it were on time & very polite. Great customer service. If you need fencing or just repairs I'd give them a shot. more

I purchased a 12' section of "stud wire" from Valley Cities Fence a few of weeks ago. I have searched all over the Inland Empire for this particular product and happen to come upon their place of business. I was very pleased with the courteous service at the front desk (and the beautiful women I must add!) The service person in the rear yard went out of his way to assist me with my purchase. Excellent Customer Service!! 1/2/2009

I have contracted Valley Cities Fence on several instances over the last 5 or so years, and their service is always extraordinary: my sales person (whom I will not name) is always diligent in returning my phone calls, and is able to visit the respective site within a few business days. I have used Valley Cities Fence for my residence in addition to the several businesses that I own. I have found their staff to be friendly, helpful and diligent in follow-up. I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a fence. Worst ever fence company 6/2/2008

Stay far away from Valley cities fence. They have the worst business ethic. Three times in a row I told an installer was scheduled to come out to my work and they never showed up. When I called to find out where the installers were, I was told that I wasn't on the schedule. I called and asked why this happened and was told they do not know why and I could only speak to my estimator. This estimator returned my phone call 4 days later and lied me to saying the manufacturer delayed eveything even thiough the day before scheduled installation date, he told me he had just got bak from the manufacturer with my fence. I caught him in a lie. NEVER SOLICIT WORK FROM VALLEY CITIES GONZALES FENCE. Stay far, far away. Pros: close to me Cons: very bad customer service more
