Everything arrived on time in good condition all staff very helpful glad I chose valet movers more

Valet Movers did a multiple stop move for me. They arranged a time, and were on time. They put all the furniture together without any issues and were efficient. They were really good. When they were done I walked into a perfect house. more

Everything with Valet Movers started out great. They picked up my things with no problem and I thought they had great customer service. I thought I was in good hands. Then, it took a lot longer for my things to arrive where I was moving to. Then I realized I was missing a box. I had to keep calling them, they didn't call me back and were not very helpful in finding my missing box. I feel like if you're going to tell me that you're going to call me back, then you should. Luckily, I am friends with the person who got the delivery after me and he got my box and called me. However, I'm not sure that I would have found my missing box if I hadn't known the person who received it. It ended up working out, but I won't be using their services again. more

They are so unprofessional and are in too much of a hurry to care about taking care of your belongings. They made me lose alot of sleep on an already stressful move across the country. Do not use them!!! They are gonna cost me so much headaches and money to replace what they damaged more

To avoid an endless report of the details, on TWO separate moves, our boxes were mishandled, "Fragile" warnings summarily ignored, fruniture improperly re-assembled, furniture dmaged and boxes placed in our new home in a careless, disorganized manner. They REFUSED toreassemble some furniture at the new location that was supposed to be done by them, & walked away from assembling a bed frame because they simply couldn't figure out how to do it (AND broke off two wheels). The delivery agent stood in teh middle of our quiet street street, screaming when I told him of his deficiencies, then sotrmed off without completing his responsibilities. Absolutely NO effort was made to make ammends by Valet Movers other than to say they usually didn't use this delivery agent. Big help! Worst of all, the made an unauthorized charge to our American Express card of over $2,000 without even asking our permission after digging out our card number from an early charge. They seem nice up front, but upon delivery, the independant movers treat you like dirt. A V O I D !!!!!! I never had to make a national move in my life. Usually it was from one city to another within San Diego County, but then I had a business opportunity that forced me to spend a lot of time in Florida. To make a long story short, I was a bit apprehensive at first. I shopped around a lot, and I got a lot of estimates from a lot of different companies. The prices were widely disparate, and ultimately the most economical was Valet Movers, but then, having been warned by so many people about their moving experience, some with even the big moving companies, and why not to go with the lowest price, I decided to do some research first. I did my research, checked reference, and asked a lot of questions. I wanted to make sure that the price wouldn't go over, because it was so attractive, and ultimately when Valet did come out they did not spend a whole lot of time. As a matter of fact, the ended up packing some extra stuff for me and didn't charge me for it. There were some other things that I had never got around to packing myself that I then asked them to pack for me, including a fridge, and they were very, very reasonable. I spent a little more because of it in the end, but it was my choice, and after all, I hadn't packed those thing up myself anyway. more

Valet Movers moved my daughter from San Diego to Florida. We were expecting the driver on a certain day, and unfortunately he didn't arrive until a few days later due to things that weren't his fault like traffic and taking longer at other stops, but it did put us out a little and cost me money from time off of work. However, with that said, once the driver did arrive, he was very nice and professional. Everything was fine. Our furniture arrived exactly as we had packed it. After all the horror stories i have heard about movers, My family and I are completely satisfied with our move! Valet Movers did a wonderful job. Everything was delivered in great condition. The girls in the office were very helpful. Economically it was a better choice for moving cross country. more

I had to put a hold on my move and make a minor change as well. Not only was the office administrator extremely friendly, she put me at ease and arranged the details quickly! Because of MY request of a change, I had to communicate with two sets of movers who were polite and timely in moving my things from San Diego to Denver. ALL of this without ever having to step foot into the office. I highly recommend Valet Movers! more

My wife and I had to move across the country from CA to KY. As newly weds that posed to be a huge financial burden. I did research to find a moving company that had a good track record and affordable prices. Valet was hands down the best option for our budget. They were able to help me coordinate the move over the phone and Every item we had moved made it safely and timely. more

Well, I really like how fast they were with wrapping the furniture and protecting it with sheets. They were really fast and professional! They were really friendly and cooperative too. They showed us the best to save money during a move. I really like their honesty. more

My experience with Valet Movers was great! I have already recommended them again! They were really quick and efficient. They used their time, and my time, wisely, which was nice. They were in and out, and they were really nice people. They took care of my furniture, and nothing in my boxes was broken. They called and followed up to make sure everything was great. Altogether they are a really great company. more
