Never take your car here or buy a new Volkswagen.\r

I took my '99 Beetle to be repaired by the service center with the complaint of my car not starting well and was given a quote of $1500+ and was told that those repairs would fix the car. The day after those repairs were done the car wouldn't start without jumping, so I brought it back - they did another diagnostic test ($106) and told me it needed a starter ($650) and that the problem was unrelated to the previous repairs. They knew I was a college student and tried to scam me into two repairs. Lehman Yaughn is a dishonest and unethical service consultant who made false promises to force more money than the said amount.\r

To anyone interested in a new Volkswagen - avoid them, the electrical system is pathetic and the dealerships either don't know how to fix them or are too dishonest to do it right.
Pros: Facade of helpfullness, gives loaner cars then overcharges
