This company ruined our New Years Eve!!! We booked 2 weeks in advanced and they cancelled on us @ 12:00pm on 12-31-11. Someone called me the night before and told me that \\\""our limo was in an accident today\\\"" but they would try and find us another by the morning. I spoke to Mike, the owner, this morning who told me they had this supposed accident 3 DAYS AGO and had been trying to reach me but I had no contact from them. How inconsistent, dishonest, and rude, especially how they treated me over the phone.
