A pleasurable experience 12/5/2008

I took my cat in after him not having his shots in quite awhile. The staff were very nice and helpful setting up a new chart for him and getting us right in to see the doctor. They were nice to us and nice to our cat and gave him is shots, clipped his nails and weighed him at my request. We were in and out in in no time and now have a happy healthy kitty! more

Even crazy animals are treated well 1/2/2008

I have a Shiba Inu that bites strangers. I was concerned that she would be difficult to handle, but the staff and doctors were not afraid to take over. Thanks. more

Excellent staff and Doctors 7/28/2005

All of the people at VCA are excellent but the Doctors are the shinging stars. They ALWAYS take the time to fit you into their schedule and they make follow up calls to your home to check on their patients. Dr. Chin will help your rabbits, birds or rodents while Dr. Hoyt works wonders with cats and dogs. We've been going there for years. I think they give a senior citizen discount and the flexible payment plans are truly appreciated. PROS: The Doctors CONS: pet medicines are expensive!! more

Caring and friendly staff 7/27/2005

With aging pets it is important to have a competent veterinarian. My pets have always felt comfortable. The staff is friendly and the place is always clean. An estimate is always provided and the services detailed on the invoice. It is always expensive but they offer flexible paying plans. PROS: Flexible paying plans CONS: Expensive more
