Our Boston Terrier was sick and it was 11 pm. We called this location and they said to bring him in. We did and the vet was pleasant and seemed to really enjoy his job. My dog lo...

Worst

Very rude people working there, very unwilling to help if they have to go out of there way. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Great in an emergency 11/21/2005

Our Boston Terrier was sick and it was 11 pm. We called this location and they said to bring him in. We did and the vet was pleasant and seemed to really enjoy his job. My dog loved him! more

The best place for pets 9/15/2005

I had a very sick puppy when I first bought him. I took him to VCA W. 86th St. and they treated him great!!! They were determined to find out what was wrong with him and they fell in love with him in the process. Since then he has never been better. I choose VCA as our veterinarian as well as our hospital in case of emeregency. I highly recommend taking your pet to VCA. They will take great care of him! more

Emergency Pet Care 7/13/2005

I was very impressed by their services. They are kind of pricey but well worth the money for your little furry friends. I have used them a couple of times and they have helped me in anyway possible and let me know what services my pet really needed and what could wait. more

Good Emergency Services 6/1/2005

VCA clinic on W. 86th Street is a 24-hour emergency animal care clinic. This clinic is well staffed and has knowledgeable doctors. The facility is also clean and seems to have up-to-date technology.
