I've dealt with lots of different real estate entities, and in Logan there are three to choose from, if you don't count Ute Lake Ranch. Ute Lake Premier Properties is a family-owned business with five partners who share all listings and all purchases, so that there's no fighting for your attention, no back-biting, none of that weirdness that you get in other offices where a broker might show you one of their listings before they show the other listings in the office. They're all from Logan, and they care about their reputation in the community. If you're looking for a realtor that you can trust, I recommend these guys!
