The employees and supervisor are extremely rude and they really don't want your business. They refused to take more than 10 items from me to mail. When I kept asking the supervisor (Mr.Globel) why, I was told the post master said so. Another customer said ""That is crazy"" and I said ""amazing considering we pay the salaries by purchasing postage. Then another employee behind the counter chimed in ""Oh no, don't you go there"" as she shook her head like she was some ghetto person. I had to go to the self service machines to do my mail. When I asked the supervisor for the post general's phone number, he gave me a wrong number. I told him this and he then gave me another person's number. I asked him if he condones his employees acting like smart asses to customers, he replied ""I thought you were the smart ass."" I asked him again and he said he had no comment. I told him I felt threatened by the way him and his staff were acting towards me and I was afraid to mail my items there because I felt he might do something to the items. He replied by making this crazy-goofy face saying ""Ooooh, I'm sooooo sooorry.""
I now know one reason the USPS is going under, they just don't care about customer service and they all seem to hate their job.
As a business owner, I will never use this post office again. I will try to send all my stuff through UPS or another company. I have never been treated like this by any business in my 50 years on this planet.
