Can the front desk receptionists be any more rude? Even if there is no one else in the lobby they totally ignore you. I've waited several minutes while 1 receptionist was filing her nails. She totally ignored me while the second receptionist was carrying on a conversation on the phone. The way she was giggling I'm sure it was a personal call. Either way, at least they should have at least acknowledged my existence instead of just staring blankly at me. All I wanted to do was pay my electric bill. After a few minutes of waiting and being ignored, I left my payment lying on the counter. That was 4 days ago and it still hasn't reached my bank. I'm assuming they threw it in the trashcan as soon as I left.
