What a wonderful experience Paul Jimenez creates for his clients! He went above and beyond to fulfill everything I needed, and I could not be happier with the condo I have ended up with!\r \r I will be moving to the Orlando area, and unfortunatly only had two days to find a place to live. Talk about pressure! I found Paul at Urbanista online, and saw the vast selection of downtown rentals that were available. His website is great, and very detailed regarding each unit that is available, with lots of good pictures, which is necessary when choosing a place to live.\r \r I phone Paul on a Thursday late afternoon, to try and setup showing for the next day, as I had to drive up and find a place that weekend. It was late so I left a message, and he immediatly called me back. He listened to my needs for the condo I wanted, and said that he knew exactly what to show me, and was available the next day to show me the units. \r \r Orlando traffic actually made me slightly late for the appointment, and Paul was very kind and understanding. He then showed me multiple condos in multiple locations, while driving between them and describing the local area, and pros and cons to each location. We went into public and private buldings, and viewed each unit no problem. He was very thorough and wanted to ensure I ended up with a place I would love. He let me take my time looking at each condo, and I must have asked a milion questions, in which he answered very openly.\r \r Once I had looked at all the units, he did not pressure me into making a decision, and I left with lots of information and a great feeling that I would make the correct decision because Paul had been so thorough. That evening he actually phoned me to say a unit with a partiular view and layout just became available, but was not the previous day. I chose to look at this unit the next day. \r \r I have to say without Paul's expertise I do not feel I would have made the correct decision. I am very excited to be moving to Orlando, and now have the perfect place to start exploring the city from! more

Paul Jimenez is THE best person and realtor ever! I'm pretty fussy when it comes to rentals and admittedly have a pretty hectic schedule. I didn't have alot of time to drive to Orlando to look at places. Paul graciously accepted an offer to look at EVERY single 2 bedroom condo he knew about downtown on the same days notice. I pretty much went to every single high rise in downtown Orlando. The best part was that there were no places I hated - I told Paul what I was looking for in advance and he found several places that fit the bill. I appreciated his demeanor - he's very pleasant and professional which is very nice during such a stressful time. Paul pulls out every stop to make sure you see the entirety of selections, not just a few that he has vested interest in like other realtors I had met with in Orlando. Paul Jimenez is the best realtor for the downtown Orlando market. My job transferred me here and I had no idea where to begin my search. I found Paul online and told him where I wanted to live downtown, preferences and my price range. Paul was quick to return my phone calls and view properties. Hahahah, this place is a joke. They sent me a bill for $5K after I moved out and spent lots of money having it professionally cleaned to ""avoid any deposit problems"" that I was warned about by the rep up front (seems like he's seen this happen more than a few times). Good thing I kept that move in sheet with all the problems already listed that were there when I moved in. I honestly left it nicer than it was when I got there. These people have some nerve, seriously. I even found my new place on my own and then gave them credit for it anyways because I was trying to lookout. Then I get slapped with a $5K bill in return. Thanks alot Urbanista. Won't be recommending you anytime soon. more

If I could give them no stars I would. My roommate and I tried working with an agent. We were very motivated to find a place and finish paperwork. Our agent sent us 6 great properties! After I did my own research on them I realized two of them were not even going to be available when we needed them. Either way- we made an appointment to see the final 4 that would work for us. She completely blew us off for our appointment- the only way I found out she was not going to show us the apartments was by calling her and asking her were we should meet. She told us she would show all of them to us the next evening and we set a time. I emailed her after scheduling the appointment to confirm--never heard back. I emailed her the next day to make sure we were still on and again to see were we could meet- no response. Called twice and left a voicemail. Still have not heard from this girl. It is wildly unprofessional and she has definitely lost our business. more

I moved from DC and they were very helpful in my relocation with job transfer. They were able to gain access to the buildings I was interested. Spent several hours with us touring all options and explained all the details. The inventory on their website was great. more

this is a great realtor to visit if you want to find a rental where the landlord is not paying the mortgage, where the realtor looks out for themselves first, often to the point of lying, and of course, where they treat you like a child we've done 2 deals with them.. in one, we got kicked out by the bank because they put is in a situation where the landlord was a deadbeat, but hey, who cares? they got paid right! in the second deal, they've tried to butt their way in as much as they can so that they can get paid again.. awful.. just awful.. unscrupulous, every worst stereotype of middle aged, cougar, bitter realtors Pros: good access Cons: they work for themselves, no-one else more
