I have been a very loyal and frequent shopper at Urban Outfitters for years. But lately, I'm just disgusted with the people that work there. Their ""too cool"" attitudes are a major turn-off. On the particular day I was shopping, I was returning a dress that I bought for other merchandise. I went up to the salesperson at the counter, told her I had a return and she gave me this disgusted look along with an eye roll. I just ignored it simply thinking that she was having a bad day. She looks at my receipt, circles the item and calls her manager. After waiting there for a good while, a manager comes up, whispers something to her and tells me I'm not allowed to return anything else because I return too much. WHAT?? Is there a limit to what you can return? I buy just as much as I return. Sometimes, I just enjoy trying something on at home rather than in the store. I just can't believe that anyone would treat a loyal customer like that and I can't believe that Urban Outfitters hires people with such bad attitudes. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.
