Bad order, Lying Staff, STEVE told me they were going to make good on the bunk order of double lobster and send the guy right away... NEVER showed.. Called back, 3 hours, said not going to fix it.... Cons: Horrible STAFF, COLD LOBSTER, BAD ORDER.. NEVER GET IT DELIVERD more

Usually I wouldn't post a review on any website, but after reading those about what is our favorite place from which to order food I felt obliged to do so now. Pros: Amazing seafood, great delivery service, value for your money more

I love the food here it has consistantly been very good. The owners are great people very customer service friendly. They even delivered to me 40 blocks away and the food was hot and tasty. Great food I recommend it to everyone. Pros: great food fast delivery Cons: ??????? more

I ordered the crab cake appetizer for $13.50 and I got two golf ball size crab puffs! They were not fresh either. I also ordered the Cream Spinach and it was big bowl of green mushy baby food, which didn't taste good at all. Not only was the food horrible, it was ridiculously overpriced. I have eaten here numerous times since it opened, as I live nearby. Although overpriced, it was consistently good. However over the last few months the food has declined significantly and my last experience has made sure I will never eat there again. The food I ordered for lunch was clearly from the day before (clam chowder was separated, powdery with rubbery clams, the broccoli was resteamed and redrenched wtih butter, the greek salad had red-edged iceburg lettuce and was missing most of the fresh ingredients). When I called to complain, the owner answered and was rude, abrupt, and incredulous. I can overlook price if the food is good, but with now consistently gbad food and rude service, combined with price - I would be stupid to give them my business again. I orderd a $19 lobster roll and ate it in 2 bites i was very disappointed and still hungrey dont get food here Cons: very small amounts of food more

I went there expecting good quality food, and when we ordered the family meal, they replaced what was suppose to be 1 and a half lb. lobsters with 2 lobsters tails. the meal cost us 54 bucks! and it was the smallest two tails I've ever seen in my life! and four side dishes were not worth it either! I was craving a lobster roll but didn't want to motivate and head over to Pearl Oyster Bar. I really should have. The lobster roll was so small and not good. There was hardly any mayo on it, only a couple of bites of celery. I would have loved that except that the lobster tasted not fresh and had a weird after taste. I do NOT recommend this place- I couldn't finish it- something I never do with seafood! Also, I ordered a side of corn- v. plain nothing special except for the price- one ear of corn for over $3.00? We ordered the family meal for $45 which included two one and a half lb lobsters and 4 sides. It took them 45 minutes to deliver 4 blocks down and when the food got to us, we were missing one lobster! Rude, disgusting customer service!!!! Pros: ????
