OK so i will just tell you our exact convorsation. \r Hello--\r -Hello-\r Hi! I was calling about your leather jackets\r -what size you want we dont have that many.\r um im not quite sure yet i was actully calling to see if you had specific styles at you store.. the bomber and the motorcycle.\r - ya we have them but what size you want cause we dont have alot in that size (i havent even mentioned a size at this point)\r once again im not quite sure of the size i was looking for its a present idea i was think about \r -YOU DONT KNOW WHAT SIZE YOU WANT!??!!?!?!?!!?! she yells at me!!!! \r um, mam.. do you think i can speak with another rep or actully the manager.. \r -I AM THE MANAGER!!!!!!!\r ok well may i please speak to the boss, or the person who signs your checks... \r -I DONT HAVE DAT NUMBER!! (dat= heavy accent)\r oh?.. are you the store owner?\r -YES!\r have you ever read the reveiws of you store online?.. \r -NO!\r well you really should, and you should also really work on your customer service, thank you anyways click-\r ok so i did get the number to the store off this site and i had read the reveiws for the store however i doubted them and continued with my search. I honestly didnt go into this thinking i was going to get horrible phone service, but I TRULY DID! and the worset part is i got the nasty Manager everyone was talking baout.. lame.. dont shop there! Pros: This site doesnt lie about how bad the service is... Cons: i didnt even go into the store and i will never shop there more

I have been to this store twice and the customer service is the worst.....you can't even look at the jackets without the Lady manager constantly in your face. I wanted to try a jacket on and she told me none of the sizes would fit. I insisted, and imagine that, two of the sizes fit. Next thing I know she's trying to sell me the most expensive one.....i did a ""pretty woman"" and walked out. She's horrible. The second time I was looking for something in particular and she got right up in my face and said ""no we don't have it"" and stood there til I left. I was very offended. I would not ever go in this store unless you don't mind being followed and harrassed! Pros: Nothing Cons: Customer Service, Selection more

Absolutely the worst customer service. Was told repeatedly by the sales clerk that we could bring back the luggage we purchased from them. When we tried to do just that a week later, was told store credit only. If I did not need the luggage, what would I buy from this place for over $600? Cons: Return Policy contradictory to what the sales people tell you. more
