My experience at this store is one of the worst I have ever had. I went to the UPS store for a live scan. The employee that I dealt with told me that I had to wait 15 minutes before he could help me (there was no one else in the store) because he had to do some paperwork. After waiting for him to finish his very important paperwork rather than putting the customer first, I gave him my paperwork. The whole reason that I went to the UPS store is that on the list of live scan providers, the fee was $16. The employee told me that the fee was $24. I asked him why there was a difference from what was on the paper and he told me that the pricing on the paper was 2 years old. I asked him maybe he should contact the agency who gave me the pricing sheet to update the price and he told me flat out that it wasn't his job and he really did not care what the price said on the paper. I've been in customer service for over 10 years and especially in this economy, doing everything to help the customer is a priority. I hope this review helps to take away business from that store.
