Bottom line: Poor Service, Poor Job, \r
I'm a big supporter of locally-owned, small businesses, however this company was a huge disappointment. I made a morning appointment so that the countertops could be measured before going to work. That morning no one showed up as scheduled. When I called Becky, at the office, she said that she couldn't find my phone number to inform me that they could not measure my countertops as scheduled, because one of their workers called in sick. That should have been my first clue... But again- I wanted to support local, small business, so I rescheduled...\r
In June 2013, they tore out the existing countertop and in doing so a portion of my the side panel on one of the lower cabinets was damaged. I sent a picture to the owners and they informed me to contact Kitchens and More and that Kitchens and More would replace the side panel. That's it no more follow-up, nothing- \r
Kitchens and More had to order a side panel and because they were busy with other jobs could not schedule to fix my cabinet until 7:30am, 1/21/2014. No one showed up at 7:30 -- when I called Kitchens and More, they said they had tried calling me to confirm the appointment, using the phone number provided by Upon the Rock and no one answered. Of course, Upon the Rock gave them the wrong number! Seems strange since I gave Upon the Rock my phone number and email in order to get the estimate for the services...
