1) Signed up for ""Interaction Design"" and the class ended up being NOTHING like the course description. It was HEAVY coding- NO design at all (misleading) \r
2) Tried to request a refund. NO RESPONSE. No one picked up phone calls and there was no one to talk to about the issue. \r
3) Sent email to EVERY email address and a certified letter stating why I wanted a refund on the class. DENIED!!! I will NEVER recommend ANY working professional enrolls here. I'm not satisfied with how a ""top tier"" school manages their extension program. This is a joke! Go to SFSU, that school has it together.
