DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY FOR YOUR HOME LOANS. I have had nothing but problems with this company for the last 2 years. We forward payments to this company which should be there within 2 days and they say they cash their payments within 1 business day, but it may be cashed 3 days later or 3 weeks later. Needless to say I have 3 checks forwarded to them that are still uncashed. You would think that they want the money that you give them. Think Again!!! I believe this company is set out to default our economy and ruin their customers credit along with their lives. Their customer service is pathetic, and they do not converse with their customers until it is too late and they put you so far behind that you can not catch up. There has to be more practical mortgage lenders out there. Just remember when you fall behind on your mortgage payments your credit is horrible, so no one wants to lend you money to refinance, or catch back up. Let me reiterate-DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY FOR HOME LOANS-it had to be said!!!! I would use other language to describe this company but you can not use the word S u c k s in this format.
Pros: Got a great rate, obviously this is why they are causing a default on my loan.
Cons: Poor communication skills, poor customer service
