Unitus is the best deal in town. I love the mobile banking - I can deposit checks from my phone now! I almost opened an account with Chase just for that and then found out that they have it thanks to Larry at the Nall 205 branch. Totally awesome. more

This branch of banking is very hard to deal with. There is terrible customer service provided with online, the terrible online security makes it easy to get spam emails from people who aren't actually with Unitus and it's hard to get anything set up there online (account) more

You need to Read MInds to Bank Here 1/16/2009

When I opened a checking account they ""forgot"" to send checks and the debit cards until I called inquiring a month later. Then they don't put the full checking account number on your checks and as a result I have many issues paying bills online and it has been impossible trying to get money deposited from other accounts or wired, seriously impossible. Finally, they put a hold a check for $8000 for 3 weeks and didn't tell us, so in the mean time I am paying our bills and now have $200 in overdraft fees that they refuse to refund! They are as bad as WAMU if not worse. Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

Unitus Credit Union at Mall 205 10/24/2008

I have been a member since 1967 and I have never worked with a banking institution that has more integrity. I have never been denied any services, and I appreciate the caution this credit union uses when it comes to handling my account. The service has been flawless, and the tellers are truly caring - not just about my banking needs, but about me. I highly recommend this credit union. Pros: access in parking lot, wait time, friendliness, professionalism, free ATM more

Don't trust Unitus with your money. 6/18/2008

Absolutely horrible Pros: Day care, a decent number of branches, participate in co-op network, free capichino, no ATM fee for members. Cute tellers Cons: Long wait times, bad customer service, weak online security, high fees, poor credit terms, inconvinient branch hours. more
