To make a long story short, United Repair could not fix our problem with our instant hot by either installing a new one or fixing the old one. I was still billed for their service call and I'm back at square one. How can they justify billing me when they were unable to accomplish anything---what a waste of money. more

We have trusted United Repair with lots of different repairs -- refrigerators, dishwashers and other appliances. They are a great resorce for parts and information for the do it yourselfer. Their service charge is reasonable, and they really work hard to do a great job. They are on time and usually can respond quickly to an emergency situation. more
