I bought 2 certificates for this place from Weekly Plus - 1 for me and 1 for my mom. I was taking her for a spa day for her birthday. She had to drive in from out of town and I had to get a sitter for my son for this to happen. I had to call 3 times (without a return call ever) to make these appointments. I was irritated by that, but since I'd already paid for them, was moving forward. I made the appointments one month in advance. I called one week in advance to find out if they could offer an additional service without a returned call. I called twice the week of the appointments to confirm - again, no returned call. I was a little nervous at this point, but I had made the appointments with Carla, so we went ahead and went to the salon. We had a hard time finding it since there was no sign above the door and only posters of hairdo's. I finally figured out where it was. We got out to go in and all the lights were out in the salon, the door was PADLOCKED and no one was in there. I call Carla to find out what is going on? It was 10AM. She said she was sorry, she was in California and had asked her staff to call everyone and let them know that they had a leak in the suite and it hadn't been repaired yet, so they couldn't see any clients. She said I was on the list of people to be called and she's so sorry if we didn't know. She said she's all about marketing and would make it right and pay for the sitter and my mom's gas to get there - she said this numerous times. We were so disappointed. After I got off the phone with her, a voice mail popped up on my phone from 9AM THAT DAY (one hour before our appointments we'd made a month ago.) It was Carla herself saying that she couldn't honor any of the coupons for July and we'd have to come back in August to get any services! Totally different story! I thought about what I wanted to do and finally told Weekly Plus that I just wanted my money back because I just didn't want to deal with a business who treated me like this. Weekly Plus asked whether I'd like a credit with them or on my charge card. I told them and they were quick to refund my money. They said they couldn't do anything more to make it right. I called Carla to see what she was willing to do to make it right and her number was temporarily disconnected!! It's been more than 10 days since then and she's not called me again. If you want a day of pampering, I would definitely avoid this place.
