They do really good braids for a great price that includes hair. I got basis synthetic yaki type hair that was dipped in water for waves. May be pricier for other styles and type of hair.
The owner is extremely nice, but she needs to train her workers in customer service to reflect the same.
The service was not so good. I really don't like that they focus so much on talking to each other and not in English. It totally alienates the clients. Sitting there for hours with them in your ear can drive you nuts. They talk non-stop. Not that it would be any better, but at least if it was in English it wouldn't be so alienating, clients may be able to actually interact with the person whose legs they are sitting between for 3-6 hours.
I also didn't appreciate that they are not very accommodating to how you would like your hair cared for. They seem to get offended if you say anything even remotely related to changing the way they are handling your hair as far as tightness or pulling or combing.
My final comment is I would still recommend this place to get your hair done because the results are really good and the price reasonable. However, I would suggest taking your MP3 player (fully charged), Tablet or ipad and a book to drown out the non-stop loud incoherent chatter. Also, be ready to be nice, but assertive on how they treat your hair.
