Matt and Pat were incredibly friendly and helped me into my 2012 Camaro that day. He worked diligently to fit the payments within my budget and surpassed my expectations! Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly on this adventure. I would recommend this dealership and Matt to anyone that might be in the market for a new or used vehicle. Best customer service and sales I've ever experienced. We went in for an oil change and thought we'd look at some crosstours and Mike, our sales guy, was very friendly and let me and my wife test drive the car and answered my many many questions about the Crosstour and I never once felt pushed or obligated to buy. The crosstour had everything me and my wife wanted so Mike it helped us buy and met our terms for down payment and monthly payments. Derrick Musgrove, our Finance guy, was awesome as well! We are so excited to have done business with Barry Sanders Honda. You can count on my business in the future for getting another vehicle and your service department is awesome as well! more

I came in this weekend and worked with a lady named Calsie that I was referred to by a friend that I work with. She was able to sit down with me briefly as soon as I got there she was in, asked me what I was looking for and where I was looking to be at budget wise. She pulled up a vehicle that surpassed my expectations on what I could get with my budget. I was very pleasantly surprised at the fact that I was able to get it for exactly what I am able to afford. The ONLY ""haggling/negotiation"" (if you can even call it that, since she made it so easy) was getting my tag title and tax worked into the loan. This was by far the easiest buying experience that I have ever had. Her intuition was dead on with what I like! As I was referred to her, I will also be referring others her way. Very happy with my experience and purchase! more

It was an Excellent experience. The entire staff went above and beyond in treating me. Roger and Daniel were my Salesmen. They were both outstanding in my purchase of a 2013 Honda Pilot. I must say that Ive always been stand-offish about buying a vehicle. Not only is time consuming, but it's just a pain overall! Well.. bitter-sweet! This is the first time in the duration of time I have bought a vehicles to be the most pleasurable experience by far! Mark took me from point A to point Z in such a breeze! The BEST part once in finance, my payments dropped $60 from the original negotiation, thanks to Mark! I love Barry Sanders Honda! more

I was not going to buy a new vehicle. I wasn’t even considering it. My plan was to simply look at the options available...but when I showed up at the store and spoke with Joe, he changed my whole game plan. He provided excellent customer service that was timely and accurate. When a question was asked about a specific vehicle he was very quick in his response and showed that he had in depth knowledge and understanding of all the vehicles at their store. Although I did not buy a car during my first visit I did get all of my questions answered which is greatly appreciated and not something I received from their competitors. Barry Sanders Honda showed that customer service, professionalism and product knowledge is something they take very serious. Joe is a great example of this and when I have everything in order he & Barry Sander Honda will be where I purchase my car. Thank you again! more

We purchased a vehicle about a week ago here for my grandmother. She brought me with her due to her past car buying experiences not going so well. Anyway, the entire experience was the easiest purchase we have ever had. From the time we walked onto the lot (not knowing exactly what we wanted) until we drove off with the new car was a little less than 2 hours. AMAZING. Our salesman was Mark Rackley and he was awesome. He answered all questions we had but never once tried to push us into anything we didn't want. When it came down to financing, we explained how we wanted to do things and they just did it. Would definitely recommend them for your next car. more

I am very grateful that I got Patrick when I called Barry Sanders Honda. He took all my information, talked to me about what I needed and wanted, and answered all my questions in great detail. When I went in to look on Saturday, he had several options for me and fit me in just what I wanted. He went over the entire car and explained every option on it. When I made my decision, I went to finance with AJ and that was another great experience. He took is time to talk to me about interest rates, extra items that I could purchase for my car and made me very comfortable. I am totally happy with my purchase and my experience with the barry sanders honda dealership. Thanks guys for making me feel like a real person and not just a ""sale"" !! more

Very pleased with the service from Daniel and Matt. I had actually decided on a purchase from another dealership but after reflecting on the experience with the staff I decided to stop by Barry Sanders Honda. Very glad I did. Experience was completely opposite from the other dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I was also pleased with the finance department. I was contacted by the finance rep (I can't recall his name) letting me know he had actually found a better interest rate for me. Will definitely use this dealership from now on. more
