Ulta is the best cosmetics store ever, it has great cosmetics, fragrances, salon products, shampoos, other hair products, facial products, and everything for a great price. Also, if you have a Ulta Card (free), and spend a certain amount of money through a certain time period, you get rewards. Plus they always have coupons like 20% off or $3.50 off a $10 purchase. more

Ulta Cosmetics 6/27/2005

Ulta carrys high quality make up and body care products. The store is always bright and clean. The employees always greet you and offer help. Theres always a small section of items on clearance. Parking is always available since Ulta is located in a shopping center. This is a great place to find a gift for a girlfriend. more
