Called on Saturday morning; here in an hour, very reasonable estimate, and back the same day to repair a damaged carpet and pad by a rescued cat. Very professional, excellent work; vitually invisible. Would call them again if the cat finds a new place to destroy. They really did a grest job; cleaned up and took all the olds stuff away. 10/10 rating for me, AAA+++
