My main spring broke over the weekend and we got this garage door company Door phone contact from a neighborhood blog. I called him Monday morning at 10AM. Steven this garage door company was at my house by noon. He not only replace the spring, he oiled every moving part, inspected the motor box and greased the gears, installed a top seal on the door (never installed at the initial installation). Needless to say, the door now operates way more quieter than it ever has. And the best part was, his price for the repairs was very very reasonable. Definitely a 5 star job, a 5 star company. Will recommend him and his company to anyone who has garage door. problems. more

With all the 5-star reviews, we had no hesitation in contacting Marcus to install a new, faux-wood garage door at our home. Marcus was extremely helpful and friendly, and possibly more excited than we were about the door we picked. When the door arrived, Marcus brought it over and installed it right away. He made sure we knew exactly how everything worked, gave us some maintenance tips, and even fixed a light in our garage that I had been asking my husband to repair for MONTHS...all at no extra charge! If you are in need of a new garage door or repairs to an existing door, Marcus should be your first and only call. I will never use or recommend anyone else! I'd give him a 10-star review if I could. more

i was beyond impressed 9/13/2014

Very impressed! Steven scheduled my service call for the same day, and was even flexible with the time they'd come out. Then, John even called to say he could be there early! Most other contractors are at least 30 minutes to an hour late. John was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me what was wrong, what could be wrong in the future and gave me a few maintenance pointers. And, the cost was surprisingly reasonable. Thanks for the great experience! I'll definitely call back. more
