Have had a box at this UPS store for over 5 years and the people, etc were wonderful up to the point of last year when new owners took over.\r
They lost copies of our drivers licenses and paperwork - refused packages, etc and on top of that the customer service is horrible. Chris who seems to think he owns the place (not an owner by the way) on two occassions has been extremely rude. This particular employee needs customer service training. I think maybe the new owners are too ""hands off"". I no longer have any confidence that my mail, packatges, etc will be accepted when they are delivered. Needless to say that when our box contract expires this year we will be going elsewhere - Postal Annex on Farmington seems to offer the same services and the people there were very helpful.
