Great Service Experience 8/20/2011

I went in with a bunch of gifts that I had bought last minute and the staff took excellent care of me- finding the appropriate packaging, taking care of the breakables, and generally just providing me with options I hadn't considered (and got my presents to the UK on time!). They have earned a loyal customer in me, and will see me for all my shipping/ packaging needs in the future! more

Horrible Service! Go To the Bascom UPS 5/16/2011

Very Rude Service. I went in with a box to mail a UPS package. The guy went into the back room, replaced my box with his own. And then billed me $10 for the Box and work service fee. I never asked him to do this - he just took the liberty of switching boxes and charging me. I just paid and parted ways because I didnt want to make a scene. Stay Away -- just go to Bascom. These guys rip people off. more
